How to draw lines perfectly around a circle

You know how when you're trying to draw lines around a circle (e.g. rays of a sun) but you end up with the lines not perfect?
Well, here's an easy way to do it.
1. form a cross with 4 lines around the circle (do not draw through the circle)
2. draw 4 lines. Each between the gaps you just formed with the cross.
3. draw 1 line between a gap. And another. And another. And.... draw until you think you've got enough lines.
4. Done!
